Alfredo Abate has been using Oracle technologies since 1999, with a focus in Oracle E-Business Suite, as an Applications DBA. He is currently the President of the Chicago Oracle Users Group (COUG) and President of the Oracle MAA SIG. He has presented at numerous conferences and user group events such as COUG, NCOAUG, GLOC, OATUG, MOUS, Collaborate, and Kscope. For his Oracle community contributions, he was awarded with the Oracle ACE designation. In 2019, he was presented with the IOUG Outstanding Regional User Group Leader of the Year award and in 2020, the OATUG Member of the Year award. He currently works for a manufacturing company where he is responsible for and enjoys working with a full suite of Oracle technologies.

Markus Flechtner
